Like 13 other teams, the Cardinals' local broadcasts are produced by MLB Local Media and delivered over the same MLB.TV infrastructure. It's available nationally and only blacks out when St. Louis plays a club inside that club's home territory, so NL Central markets feel it most, especially Chicago, Milwaukee, Cincinnati, and Pittsburgh. It may also be referenced by the shorthand STL.TV.
